Thomas E. Engman, CPA
Partner
Thomas Engman joined King, King, Alleman & Jensen as Partner following the successful merger of two prominent Burbank accounting firms, KKA&J and Sylvester and Engman. Graduating California State University, Los Angeles in 1981, Tom began his accounting career as a Staff Accountant with KKA&J before returning as a Partner in 2004.
Tom provides accounting, auditing, consulting and tax services for clients serving a wide variety of industries, including not-for-profit organizations, manufacturing, distribution, importing and real estate. He also specializes in HUD assisted project audits and other audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, and U.S. Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations.
Membership in professional associations includes the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).

Tom serves as Treasurer for the Kiwanis Club of Burbank and the Burbank Kiwanis Foundation, Inc. He also serves on the board of the Kid’s Community Dental Clinic in Burbank. Residing in the San Gabriel Valley with his wife Theresa, Tom enjoys reading non-fiction, management and personal discovery books in his free time.
