Partner “The diversity of the work we do at KKA&J and the changing nature of public accounting makes my job enjoyable,” states Michael. “At KKA&J, we work with closely-held businesses whose owners are typically creative entrepreneurs. One thing they all have in common is the importance of their business in their family’s life. We help clients’ process information – financial, tax regulations, and general business knowledge – so they can better manage their businesses.” “I enjoy working with the dedicated professionals at KKA&J. There is a real team effort to solving problems and serving our clients that allows us to provide clients comprehensive services, mainly because of the team of professionals we have brought together in our firm.” Michael dedicates time and financial expertise outside the office to a number of non-profit organizations within the community. He is Treasurer for the Family Service Agency of Burbank, the Downtown Burbank Business Improvement District, and the non-profit Burbank Housing Corporation. Michael is also a Director for the Burbank Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the Burbank Sunrise Kiwanis Club. Jogging, travel, reading and camping round out Michael’s interests outside of work. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys watching a variety of sports. |
