Dennis V. King, CPA
Managing Partner
Dennis King is a Managing and founding partner of King, King, Alleman & Jensen. Graduating Brigham Young University with a major in Accounting, he went to work in the tax department at Arthur Anderson & Company in Los Angeles, later transferring to Santa Barbara, where he gained experience in real estate taxation. Five years later, he joined his brother to form what is now King, King, Alleman & Jensen, becoming Managing Partner in 2004.
“My basic philosophy is that a successful accounting practice must be built on principles of trust and integrity, as well as high quality workmanship,” stated Dennis. “Having a good understanding of a client's real desires and needs is essential to helping them realize the fullest potential of their business and financial opportunities.”
Dennis’ professional accounting and tax work has given him considerable experience helping clients achieve their financial and personal goals by combining technical expertise with the ability to think strategically and develop practical solutions.

Professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA). Dennis also serves on the International Executive Committee of Enterprise Worldwide Network.
Outside the office, Dennis devotes significant time to community service. He is active in various church and youth groups, and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the William S. Hart Union High School District, where he has been for over 16 years including four terms as Board President. Dennis lives in the Santa Clarita Valley with his wife, Patti. They have six children and eight grandchildren.
