Robert "Bob" N. Jensen, Jr., CPA

Robert “Bob” N. Jensen, Jr. joined King, King, Alleman & Jensen in 1989, becoming a Partner in 1992. Prior to joining KKA&J, he worked with the national and international accounting, tax and consulting firm now known as Ernst & Young. Bob holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University, with an academic emphasis for his Master’s degree program in the area of Management Advisory Services.
Bob's diversified range of business expertise and industry experience ranges from real estate, construction, manufacturing and professional services industries to nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans, estates/trusts, and litigation support. His professional associations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).
“The service-oriented nature of the accounting profession allows me the ability to share my expertise with others,” said Bob. “It is fascinating for me to be involved helping organizations and individuals grow and progress toward reaching their goals.” Raised in Burbank, Bob now lives in the Santa Clarita Valley with his wife, Teresa, and their two daughters. Outside of the firm, he devotes time to civic and volunteer work as a public official elected to office in November, 2005. Bob is in his first four-year term serving as a Governing Board Member of the Newhall School District.
Bob is also a member of the City of Burbank Treasurer's Oversight Review Committee and the Burbank Noon Kiwanis Club. He volunteers through his church, which includes mentoring youth and involvement with the Boy Scouts of America. Bob is also a head coach and certified regional referee for the American Youth Soccer Organization.
As time permits, Bob enjoys fly fishing, studying and writing about the American Civil War, and playing tennis and golf.
